Very quick service but 27 dollars for a shape up is ridiculous

Very ANNOYED! The store close's at 5pm. I just walked in at 4:37pm, and was immediately asked if I checked in online? I said "no", so the stylist said that they were sorry but couldn't take my 4 year old son. It doesn't say online that you have to check in to get a haircut. I understand that they close at 5pm. But there were not alot of people waiting at all, and at least 4 stylists. I have been here before with no problems and actually gave a 5 star review. Im just annoyed that we were turned away because I didnt "check in online"?? I wasn't aware that you are supposed to do that, or else I would have! It just seem's crappy that someone could be there and ready to get a haircut, yet they will still turn you away if you didn't "check in online 1st"!

Had to wait with a five year old almost an hour because they took someone that walked in before the 3 people already Waiting including us. Other customer claimed to have signed in half hour ago. Stylist said they had to wait then took the customer next anyway 🤔🤨 On top of that the stylist cut my son's hair wrong! I told her short on side and long on top...it was all short 😣
